"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Well, I may not have been afforded the greatest skewl learnin, but I have taken every other opportunity I have found to educate myself. Being a person of creative leanings, I have been exposed to a good deal of art, and while nudity was not uncommon, I sided with the critics on Van Gogh's "Extreme Closeup of a Hairy Vagina (With Pantyhose On)."
