FALLACY! Circular logic! You're not an artist if your work is not art, but you're saying that it's unquestionable whether or not your work is art if you're an artist, which relies on your work being art, which relies on you being an artist, which relies on your work being art, which relies on...

hm. well, i think the problem here is that you're an idiot.
your signature says something about people not getting satire. you should remove it if you continue to be so dense yourself.
one of the most important aspects of art is commentary. now when you make a statement about a subject in your work, it might echo the aesthetic value of said work. if i'm making a comment about bad art, or porn, guess what it's going to make you think of?
conceptual art is rarely about form, it's about process.
all your arguments simply say you think you're right, when there are far too many perspectives to be lumped under ONE idea of what art can be.
do yourself a favour and go to the art section of a bookstore or a gallery or museum with modern art.
i'm sure you'll find many things you'll point out to be "NOT ART". maybe you can start a letter writing campaign to the curators and publishers who might disagree with you.
or maybe talk to some professors at an art college or university. you might learn something.
art is an idea. it's a concept. it's sure as hell NOT what YOU say it is. you can hate it or not, and maybe it might even be crap, but it's still art if the creator thinks it is.
the scribbles in your gallery, are they not art? maybe if you drew a big penis and some breasts on your characters they would suddenly be PORN and under your own rules would need to deleted. as it is, i look at them, and while they're not something i would frame and hang, i'm SURE they have some sort of value to you, or you wouldn't have taken the time to draw them and post them on ART page on dA.
poor taste comes in many forms, and sexual content is just one of the many manners people choose to express themselves. you use words. other people use their bodies and sexuality. they do it poorly, or with not much finesse. but like your scribbles and poetry, they're just doing what they can to amuse themselves.
